Chulas food is of really poor quality. My burrito had more refried beans than chicken. In fact, we laughed at the very Dating with japanese guy chicken that was in my burrito. The worst thing was that when we got the bill, we realized that we had been charged for a side order of chicken that we never got, AND for salsa.
When we complained we were told they would take off the extra charges but that they indeed charged for everything they served.
